10. Potential Stipend After Six Months

A participant cannot demand or enforce payment of the stipend solely because they have completed six months of the programme.

Where a stipend is approved, Enlight Resource Center will communicate the applicable conditions separately.

  • Demonstrating the required competencies;

All progression, mentorship opportunities, stipends and potential appointments are subject to Enlight Resource Center’s assessment, policies, operational requirements, available opportunities and applicable laws.

Where a separate employment, internship, learnership, stipend or mentorship agreement is required, such agreement will govern the relevant relationship and conditions.
