To register is a ‘free of charge’ service. Because it is a new company you have to follow this steps to begin.
Please take note of the process once you have registered with Innoven Consulting:
Please go to www.innoven.co.za to register as a Potential Supplier to our Corporate Clients
Make sure you have the following documents when registering.
- Company Documents (Close Corporation, Listed Directors, Share Certificates, etc )
- Tax Compliance Status Pin Document
- BBBEE Accreditation Certificate or alternatively an auditors letter confirming your turnover and black shareholding if exempted
- Workman’s Compensation – if applicable
- ID’s of Members, Shareholders and Directors
- Bank Letter not older than 3 months
- Applications take 5 – 10 working days before being processed, depending on how many suppliers have registered on the website before you,
- Once processed, and all is in order (if no documents are outstanding), we will send you a Potential Tenderer Letter,
- You then need to market your business with the Potential Tenderer Letter on the different mines which you have registered with,
- Should one of the Buyers and/or Engineers on the specific Mines want to make use of your Company’s services or buy any of your Company’s products, they must provide Innoven Consulting with a Motivation Letter with 3 Signatures
- Once Innoven Consulting receives that Motivation Letter with 3 Signatures, we then start the Vendor Creation Process,
- PLEASE TAKE NOTE: WITHOUT THIS MOTIVATION LETTER WITH 3 SIGNATURES – INNOVEN CANNOT START THE VENDOR CREATION PROCESS,
- Innoven Consulting does not issue any Vendor Numbers of any kind,
- Motivation Letters are only with the Buyers on the different Mines that is part of Innoven Consulting’s Corporate Clients.
- Innoven Consulting unfortunately, cannot provide any Supplier with a timetable as to how long the process will be for them to get a Vendor Number,
Please note completion of the online registration shall not be deemed to admit or imply any obligations whatsoever on the Corporate as well as Innoven Consulting. Registration shall not mean that your company will necessarily be invited to tender on every enquiry issued by the procurement departments of the participating mining houses.
